We offer over 70 drop in classes a month! Classes include Pole Fit, Booty Booster, Pole Dancing, Morning Pump, Beginner Pole Flow, Intermediate Pole Flow and our infamous Friday Night Workshop! Classes are offered throughout the day and on weekends.

Pole Fit
Pole Fit is a high intensity workout using select fitness tools to tone your body. This class uses cardio, light weights, and pole exercises to optimize your workout for the whole body.
Our class is complete with a 20 min cool down stretch. This enhances overall flexibility and helps the restoration of your muscles.

BOOTY BOOSTER
Tone, Tighten, and BOOST that BOOTY! A class specifically designed to target your glutes.
Class consists of a 10 minute warm up, 40 minutes of resistance style training to build that booty, finished with a 10 minute cool down.
BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE POLE FLOW
Want your pole dancing to feel more free and natural? In this class, we'll learn easy-to-remember sequences to develop confidence in your freestyle, and we'll start exploring how to stitch different moves together into combos as you dance.
VINTAGE BURLESQUE & GOGO
Join Kay Licious for this fun class exploring vintage-style burlesque and go-go dancing. Learn how to shimmy & shake, bump & grind, do the Pony, the Watusi, and more!

Pole Dancing is a choreography based class using the pole, No experience required! We incorporate beginner tricks with sexy choreography and the hottest songs! Come Unleash your inner pole dancer!
FLEXIBILITY
Martha has been a multi-disciplinary circus artist for 6 years, first falling in love with aerial circus arts, she then branched out into acrobatics, contortion, balance arts, and pole dance. Her classes focus on using her circus, yoga, and martial arts backgrounds to encourage strong technique, proper alignment, and injury prevention.
